Many instructors provide various tools you can use to interact.
- Some will keep the lines open so as questions pop up; you can just wait for a pause in the training to ask your question. The usual protocol is to say your name (location, too, if you’d like) and then ask your question.
- Other instructors will mute the live training and then open the lines at certain points to ask for questions.
- And many instructors use other interactive tools, such as email, Twitter, chat areas, forums to help you get the most out of your training. (Our favorite Twitter tool is Tweetchat where you can follow all the other attendees’ Tweets, too).
You’ll receive specific instructions from the instructor on which interactive tools will be used.
