You’ll receive a 10-digit phone number and passcode by email. On the day and time of the virtual session, just pick up your phone, dial the 10-digit phone number, then enter the passcode when prompted. You’ll then join the virtual training and hear the instructor’s voice.
If it’s a web-based virtual event e.g. a webinar…
You’ll receive a website address (or URL) by email. On the day and time of the virtual session, open your browser, and then enter the URL. You’ll then join the virtual training and hear the instructor’s voice and see his or her slides.
